The Milton Police Department has arrested 22-year-old Mohamed Bakayoko in connection with a large-scale fraud investigation that resulted in the theft of $852,983.06 from the Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court & Comptroller. Bakayoko has been charged with grand theft, a first-degree felony punishable by up to 30 years in state prison.
Milton resident sentenced to 15 years for aggravated battery
A Milton man will spend the next 15 years of his life behind bars.
Aaron Eichman was sentenced by Circuit Judge Edward Nickinson III, to 15 years in state prison for Aggravated Battery. The news was announced May 21 by Ginger Madden, State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida.
