The Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court will offer the services of performing marriage solemnization or ceremonies beginning Jan 2, 2024. Individuals will be able to get married in the Recording department, the same place they apply for their marriage license. Recording Department is located at 6495 Caroline St., Milton, FL 32570.
