Helicopter pilot fined $20K following investigation into aerial spraying
A helicopter pilot who sprayed herbicides along a Florida Power & Light right of way in East Milton has been fined $20,100 and placed on a year of probation after state investigators found that contractors concluded improper spraying practices.
East Milton farmers point at recent herbicide spraying as the reason 50 chickens have died on their farm over the past week.
