Federal aid approved for County, individual assistance pending

Federal funds to reimburse Santa Rosa County and local municipalities after Hurricane Isaias are on the way after the Trump administration approved a major disaster declaration Oct. 27.

But aid for residents whose homes were damaged remains under review.

Local elected officials celebrated the Trump Administration declaring a disaster, but the assistance for residents with that order is still under review.
