CareerSource ESCAROSA and Santa Rosa Economic Development teaming up for the second annual Honoring Our Heroes Career Fair

CareerSource ESCAROSA in partnership with Santa Rosa Economic Development presents the second annual Honoring Our Heroes Career Fair. The career fair will take place from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3 at the Santa Rosa County Auditorium, 4530 Spikes Way in Milton.

This effort recognizes, supports, and offers career opportunities to all military, veterans, spouses, and dependents in Santa Rosa County. Participants will have the chance to speak with the following potential employers/organizations (more employers/organizations may be added as the event draws near):

What do I need to bring with me?

Participants are encouraged to have an elevator pitch ready (a brief way of introducing yourself and getting across a key point or two), 10 copies of their resume (two pages or less with up to last 10 years of employment), a notepad and a pen. Bring a folder to store collected flyers and business cards.

Will interviews be conducted?

Periodically, interviews are conducted on the spot, but all the employers should have jobs open on the CareerSource ESCAROSA website.

How should I dress?

Business casual or suits. Participants should avoid casual sandals, shorts, revealing clothing and anything with rips/holes.
