Pace star Jayden Heavener named Florida’s best softball player

Jayden Heavener is the MaxPreps Florida Player of the Year in softball.

That isn’t a surprise considering how good the future LSU Tiger was during her prep career at Pace, especially last week in Clermont when the senior star helped lead the Patriots to a 6A state championship.
