Jay and Central had several athletes shine at the District 1-1A meet Wednesday at Baker.

Aubreigh Nelson won a championship for the Royals in the 200, clocking in at 26.94, while Julia Campbell of the Jaguars took home a district title in the shot put with a throw of 30-feet-5 3/4 inches.
