Remembering 9/11: Former U.S. Marshal recalls tragic day, lives saved

It was the deadliest place in the south tower. About one-third of the 611 people who perished in the building died there. Just 12 people including Donna who were in the elevator lobby when the second jet hit escaped before the South Tower collapsed 56 minutes later.
