At around 8:19 p.m., a 2023 Genesis sedan was traveling east along Interstate 10 at mile marker 20. The driver, a Milton man, lost control while navigating a curve.
The vehicle traveled of the south shoulder into the wood line where the vehicle collided with a tree.
The driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident, according to the report.
