$5 fees, free spay-neuter highlight Animal Services’ May adoption event
Pet adopters can take home a dog or cat for $5 this month at Santa Rosa County Animal Services, as the shelter partners with Bissell Pet Foundation for an Empty the Shelters event aimed at moving animals into homes.
Santa Rosa County Animal Services has the goal to find a home for every cat and dog in the shelter.
