NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2024 and entered in case no: 2023-CC-002248, of the County Court in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein Holley by the Sea Improvement Association Inc., is Plaintiff, and Joan-Carol Carrafiello, and Unknown Spouse of Joan-Carol Carrafiello, are Defendant(s), the Office of Donald C.
